    There’s no way that’s the answer. But would she ever expect me to understand her words, my memories of her, so much? Thinking the same words again and again desperately trying to understand the slightest bit of stuff. Has anyone gotten so physically Ill from anxiety that you felt out of your head? And so fatigued and exhausted? I started feeling off around 11 am yesterday. I felt physically present but not mentally present. I still feel that way and ache all over, have tingling, and a headache. I went to urgent care and they ran EKG and labs and both came back “reassuring” per the doctor. There wasn’t a specific trigger yesterday but I got some stressful medical news this week regarding an abnormal Pap smear. I’m wondering if it’s my stress around the abnormal Pap smear? I have a follow up appointment this week I have been worried about but I have never felt like this before. …
